WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL
The unique, patented wireless remote control is included with the machine and allows you to adjust the welding current, Arc Force, and Hot Start functions from a distance away from the welding power source.
This allows the welder to adjust settings remotely from hard-to-reach locations, without having to return to the welding machine's control panel.
The distance from the power source depends on the cable length and gauge.
PULSE MODE
Pulse mode in MMA and TIG welding ensures minimal heat input and allows for welding very thin sheets and components.
MMA PULSE and TIG PULSE modes simplify the welding process, ensuring a high level of joint reliability.
TIG PULSE mode allows for welding thin components at low current. The quality and convenience of the pulsed process allows welder with little experience to weld seams of varying complexity.
INFORMATIVE CONTROL PANEL
Easy welding mode adjustments via the control panel's LCD screen with a cyclogram.
Most of the machine's functions and options, as well as welding values and parameters, are displayed on the LCD screen and adjusted using a dedicated control knob.
COMPACT
Portable design – compact dimensions and light weight, two handles on the body and a carrying strap included add mobility for working in any conditions.REMOTE CONTROL

1. Current Indicator: When this indicator is turned on, the display shows the main welding current values.
2. Hot Start Indicator: When this indicator is turned on, the display shows the Hot Start function values.
3. Arc Force Indicator: When this indicator is turned on, the display shows the Arc Force function values.
4. Pressing this button decreases the value of the selected parameter. It operates in two ranges:
• A short press changes the value by one unit.
• Holding the button decreases the value to the minimum.5. Pressing this button selects the welding parameter: "Current," "Hot Start," or "Arc Force."
6. Pressing this button increases the value of the selected parameter. It operates in two ranges:
• Pressing briefly changes the value by one unit.
• Holding the button increases the parameter value to its maximum.7. Current collector: When the welding electrode is placed in this area, a connection is established between the remote control and the machine. After this, the welding parameters "Current," "Hot Start," and "Arc Force" are controlled via the remote control.

MMA 200 ECO Control Panel
1. Digital display: displays the set welding parameter values.
2. Welding parameter units:
• % - percent;
• Hz - hertz;
• A - amperes.3. Cooling fan indicator. The fan has an intelligent operation mode. It turns on during welding, when the machine overheats, and when the line voltage is low.
4. Welding process selection:
• - manual arc welding with a stick electrode (MMA);
• - argon arc welding with direct current (TIG LIFT).5. Welding parameter sequence diagram.
6. Encoder: By pressing and rotating it, you can select the desired welding process, mode, or parameter, and set the value of the selected parameter.
7. Welding mode selection:
• - standard welding mode;
• - pulse welding mode.8. Overheat indicator: If the machine is operated continuously for an extended period at a high welding current, the temperature of its internal components may exceed the permissible limit. When the indicator lights up, stop working but do not turn off the machine. After a while, the machine will cool down and the indicator will turn off. If the overheat indicator does not turn off for an extended period, please contact the service center.
9. VRD function indicator: Activated during MMA welding by pressing and holding the encoder. This function reduces the open-circuit voltage (the voltage at the output terminals) to a safe level to prevent the risk of electric shock.
PULSE MODE OF MANUAL ARC WELDING MMA
Pulsed mode allows for better control of penetration, which is useful when welding steels with different thermal conductivities. For example, when welding mild steel to stainless steel. Pulsed mode also helps prevent molten metal from running off, making welding in vertical and overhead positions easier.
The "Pulse Frequency" parameter is useful when working with complex materials, thin metals, and in conditions requiring increased control over the welding process.
1. Low frequencies (0.5 - 10 Hz):
• Helps control heat input, reducing the risk of burn-through when welding thin metals.
• Prevents overheating and reduces distortion, especially when welding stainless steel.2. Medium frequencies (10 - 100 Hz):
• Improved arc stability, which is useful when contact with the welded part is unstable, such as in strong winds or with poor electrode quality.
• Reduced metal spatter.
• Improved weld formation.3. High frequencies (100 - 400 Hz):
• Improved weld quality.
• Ensures a finer weld metal structure, which is important for critical structures in various industries.
• Improved mechanical properties of the joint.The "Pulse Time" parameter significantly affects heat input, arc stability, penetration, and weld quality. The optimal ratio is selected based on the metal thickness, spatial position, and electrode type.
1. "Pulse Time" <50% (20-40%):
• Lower heat input - reduces the risk of burn-through, suitable for welding thin parts (1-3 mm).
• Better control of the weld pool - useful for vertical and overhead welds.
• Less spatter, but arc instability may occur at low currents.2. "Pulse Time" = 50%:
• Balance between heating and cooling - suitable for general-purpose work.
• Stable arc with moderate heat input.
• Good for medium metal thicknesses (3-6 mm).3. "Pulse Time" >50% (60 - 80%):
• Higher heat input - better penetration for thick metals (6 - 8 mm).
• Risk of burn-through when welding thin metals.
• Less porosity due to better metal mixing.TIG LIFT PULSE MODE
Pulse mode offers significant advantages in the welding process, including minimal heat input into the weld metal and complete control of the weld pool. This eliminates deformation and burn-through of the weld metal.
Pulse mode can be useful for welding metals without filler material, as it effectively melts the edges of the parts and stirs the weld pool.1. "PAUSE CURRENT"
Lower current in pulsed mode. This higher current results in:
- Increased average current in pulsed mode;
- Faster weld pool formation;
- Larger heat-affected zone.2. "PULSE TIME"
The time during which the pulse current is at its maximum value.
A high value results in:
- Increased weld width and penetration depth;
- Higher risk of undercutting.
A low value results in:
- Reduction in weld width and heat-affected zone;
- Difficulty in weld pool formation.3. "PULSE FREQUENCY"
The higher the frequency, the greater the current density and the more localized the heating. Increasing the frequency limits the heat-affected zone.
A high value results in:
- Slower melting rate;
- Reduction in the heat-affected zone.VRD FUNCTION
