Q-SPOT MODE
Spot welding mode allows for precise electrode placement at the joint. Only after the electrode is lifted does the machine pulse weld for a specified time. This significantly reduces the risk of electrode contamination of the joint. By pressing the torch trigger, the process can be repeated as many times as necessary. This mode is ideal for welding thin surfaces and butt welding pipes.
MULTITACK MODE
A series of welding pulses allows for controlled heating of the workpiece, preventing burn-through and deformation. By adjusting the MULTITACK mode frequency, you can optimize metal penetration, welding speed, and, in particular, heat input control, as well as reduce any subsequent deformation of the workpiece. MULTITACK mode is ideal for welding fillet joints. The weld seam is not susceptible to oxidation, eliminating the need for post-weld treatment.
DYNAMIC ARC FUNCTION
When this function is enabled, the power source maintains a constant thermal output on the welding arc, preventing overheating of the part, plastic deformation, and loss of mechanical properties. This is achieved by automatically adjusting the arc voltage and current. DYNAMIC ARC maintains a consistent arc focus even when the distance between the electrode and the part changes.
Q-START FUNCTION
This function uses high-frequency current to create a weld pool faster than in standard welding mode. Q-START blends the two edges with sharp current fluctuations to speed up the joint. This function is useful for spot welding thin sheet metal and for tack welding in various positions.Advantages:
- 4 additional functions in TIG mode: Q-START, Q-SPOT, DYNAMIC ARC, MULTITACK
- 4 functions in MMA mode: Hot Start, Arc Force, DYNAMIC ARC, VRD
- TIG PULSE welding mode prevents burn-through and metal deformation during long welding sessions
- The "Hot Start" function (in MMA mode) allows you to regulate a short-term increase in the welding current at the initial moment of the welding process to facilitate arc ignition, as a percentage of the set value of the main welding current.
- The "Arc Force" function (in MMA mode) stabilizes the arc during welding, preventing sticking of the welding electrode, as a percentage of the set value of the main welding current.
- The welding current rise time sets the transition time from the initial to the main welding current value.
- The pulse time (in PULSE mode) allows you to adjust the pulse duration (width), the pulse time to pause time, as a percentage.
- Pulse frequency (in PULSE mode) allows you to change the pulse frequency. As the frequency increases, the welding arc becomes more concentrated, the arc cone width decreases, and the weld penetration increases.
- Pause current (in PULSE mode) sets the welding current during pauses in pulsed welding, as a percentage of the set main welding current.
- Post-weld purge allows you to adjust the post-weld purge time to prevent oxidation of the heated electrode and workpiece.
- The 2T/4T mode switch allows you to set the welding cycle to 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode. 2-stroke mode ("fast"): pressing the TIG torch button starts the welding cycle; releasing it ends it. 4-stroke mode ("long"): typically used for long welds (pressing the TIG torch button briefly starts the welding process; pressing it briefly again ends it.

The TIG 200 ECO welding machine is the lightest and most powerful TIG DC systems in the world: 400 A and weighing just 19kg.
This makes it an excellent solution for installation, repair, and on-site work where portability and compactness are essential.
The TIG 200 ECO is designed for welding various types of steel, cast iron, titanium, nickel, and thin copper alloys.
The power source's high performance and advanced technology are based on synergistic microprocessor control, which enables precise welding process control and exceptional stability of welding parameter settings, guaranteeing high-quality TIG and MMA welding with any type of electrode.
A new LCD screen, combined with a user-friendly interface, provides quick and efficient access to all the machine's capabilities. DLD TIG PULSE series equipment is recommended for the fabrication of ultra-precise structures in construction, petrochemicals, food processing, and other industries requiring high welding productivity. -
MMA MANUAL ARC WELDING MENU
- WELDING CURRENT - This parameter adjusts the main welding current.
- REMOTE CONTROL CURRENT - This parameter adjusts the main welding current using a remote control.
- HOT START - This function facilitates easy arc ignition. It is set as a percentage of the main welding current. This value is limited to a maximum welding current of 500A.
- ARC FORCE - This function helps stabilize the arc when using different types of electrodes and helps prevent the electrode from welding to the workpiece. It is set as a percentage of the main welding current.
- Open Circuit Voltage Reduction (VRD) - This function reduces the voltage at the output terminals when welding is not in progress. Its purpose is to improve safety and eliminate the risk of electric shock to the welder. This makes welding safer in confined spaces and when welding in high-humidity conditions.
- Voltage Limit - This parameter reduces the output power when the voltage between the electrode and the workpiece exceeds a set value.
- SPECIAL MMA WELDING FUNCTIONS
- DYNAMIC ARC - welding power remains constant even when the distance between the electrode and the workpiece changes. The higher power prevents electrodes from welding together; thin sheets of metal are easily deformed!
TIG WELDING MANU
- SPOT TIME - only available with spot mode (Q-SPOT). When the torch trigger is pressed, the welding arc burns for the set time. Press the torch trigger again to resume the welding process. The result is a weld spot of a specified size without any plastic deformation of the sheet metal.
- PAUSE TIME - Available only in spot welding mode (Q-SPOT) with HF ignition activated. This creates a preset interval time between two spots. Press the torch trigger to generate the welding arc for the time set with the "SPOT TIME" parameter. The arc then remains extinguished for the time set by the pause time, then starts again. This process continues until the torch trigger is released. When this parameter is set to "OFF," Q-SPOT mode is the standard mode.
- HIGH-FREQUENCY IGNITION (TIG HF) – This setting allows arc ignition during TIG welding using a high-frequency (HF) current discharge. High-frequency contactless arc ignition (TIG HF) prevents tungsten from being incorporated into the welded part. If set to "OFF," ignition will use contact ignition, initiated by touching the electrode to the workpiece (TIG LIFT).
- Q-START - This welding function starts in synergic pulsed TIG mode for a set time interval, then automatically switches to the welding mode selected on the control panel. This function creates a weld pool faster than standard welding, as it promotes the mixing of the two edges with sharp current fluctuations to speed up the joint. This function is useful for spot welding thin sheet metal and for tacking in various positions.
- MULTI TACK - this function consists of a series of continuous welding pulses that allow optimal control of the welding process of thin sheet metal, beveled edges of irregularly shaped products and various types of connections.
