 3-in-1 MULTIFUNCTIONALITY

The DLD MIG 230 LCD is a multifunctional welding machine that supports semiautomatic welding (MIG/MAG), manual arc welding (MMA), and argon arc welding (TIG). This model supports TIG DC HF Pulse and TIG DC LIFT Pulse TIG welding modes.

  4-ROLLER FEED MECHANISM

The 4-roller all-wheel drive feed mechanism delivers welding wire to the welding area without jerking or slipping, especially when using long welding guns. The four drive rollers ensure minimal pressure and deformation on the wire, which is critical for high-quality and consistent welding.

 ADVANCED SYNERGISTIC CONTROL MODE

Synergic mode saves time and ensures high-quality welds, even for beginners, as key parameters are automatically selected with the option for fine-tuning the welding process manually. Synergic control allows you to modify all welding parameters by adjusting just one.
The synergic control mode allows for quick and easy setup of the machine for any task. The advantages of synergic control include ease of setup even by unskilled personnel, quick setting of welding parameters, and guaranteed high-quality welds. Synergic control can be disabled for manual operation.

COMPACT

The compact, thoughtful design and two handles on the body make the welder easy to carry. Its compact size and weight make it easy to position the power source while working and simplify storage.

MIG 230 LCD front control panel 

1. LCD screen.

2. Encoder:
• Press to select a welding process, parameter, function, or setting.
• Rotate to adjust the selected parameter, function, or setting.

3. Selection button:
• Torch trigger mode.
• Select weld material/wire diameter/shielding gas/torch polarity.

4. Settings menu entry button:
• Language: Russian, English, Chinese.
• Main settings: Welding current (A)/Feed speed (m/min).
• Reset to factory settings.

5. Save/Load button: Pressing this button allows you to save and recall configured welding mode parameters. The memory card has a capacity of 30 memory slots.

6. Back button: Returns you to the previous action.

7. Wire feed button: Feeds the wire into the welding gun.

8. Gas test button: Sets the required shielding gas flow rate. Pressing this button opens the gas valve to adjust the gas flow rate.

WELDING PROCESS SELECTION MENU

When the machine is turned on, the main welding process selection menu opens. Rotate the encoder to select a welding process, then press the encoder to confirm the operation.

• MMA - manual arc welding with a coated electrode.
• TIG - argon arc welding with a non-consumable electrode.
•  Manual mode - manual adjustment of semiautomatic welding parameters (MIG/MAG).
•  Synergic mode - synergic control of semiautomatic welding parameters (MIG/MAG)
• Pulse Mode - pulsed MIG welding.
• Settings - accesses the internal settings menu: language selection, primary MIG welding parameter, and reset to factory settings.

PROGRAM SAVING

Memory slots allow you to save settings for preset welding parameters and frequently repeated tasks and recall them when needed, significantly reducing equipment setup time. The memory card has a capacity of 30 slots.

INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT

By manually adjusting the inductance, you can further control the welding arc to form the desired weld. Inductance adjustment allows for minimal spatter and adapts the process to any type of welding.
