OSCILLATOR-LESS IGNITION
Oscillator-less arc ignition, in which ignition occurs through mechanical separation of the electrode from the nozzle, is suitable for working conditions where electromagnetic radiation must be eliminated.
This type of arc ignition ensures resistance to moisture and is better suited for use with electronic control units.
PFC FUNCTION
The PFC (Power Factor Correction) function is ideal for working in poor power grids (power drops, long extension cords) and when connected to a generator. Using a PFC unit in welding machines ensures stable operation, reduces power consumption by up to 25%, reduces power cable cross-sectional area requirements, and minimizes line interference.
CUTTING THICKNESS UP TO 25 MM
Thanks to the high dynamic characteristics of the arc, stable cutting current, pilot arc, and oscillator-free ignition, the machine is capable of cutting metal up to 60 mm thick.
PILOT ARC
The plasma torch's pilot arc (PILOT ARC) is the primary arc between the electrode and the nozzle, directed toward the surface by compressed air. Upon contact with the material being cut, the pilot arc extinguishes and the cutting arc ignites, allowing the cutting arc to "access" the base material. This ensures that the plasma jet remains active even on metal mesh. A plasma torch with a pilot arc is ideal for cutting mesh, dirty, painted, and perforated surfaces.
MESH CUTTING MODE
This machine includes a mode for cutting mesh structures. A pilot arc with non-oscillating ignition prevents the plasma jet from extinguishing on the metal mesh or grating.
MARKING MODE
Thanks to the presence of a pilot arc with non-oscillating ignition, the marking mode allows you to apply graphic images to the surfaces of various materials.
INFORMATIVE CONTROL PANEL
The LCD display on the control panel displays the current and additional cutting parameters. By pressing the encoder button, you can select the desired cutting mode or parameter, as well as set the value of the selected parameter. A clear sequence diagram allows you to configure all stages of the cutting process.
CNC CONNECTION
Connection to an electronic control unit (ECU) allows for automated workflows and plasma arc control using automated cutting equipment (CNC) for complex cuts and parts with varying thicknesses.

1. Error warning: Start error communication screen
Start signal is active before input power main switch is turned to ON position.
Start can be active when the hand torch switch held closed.
2. Error warning: Torch installation or cover assembly communication screen
The torch installation or incorrect cover assembly communication screen is displayed when the torch or torch consumable is not installed correctly.
3. Error warning: Electrode or tip installation communication screen
The electrode or tip installation communication screen is displayed when the tip and electrode are not installed correctly or wear seriously. Check or replace the worn tip and electrode.
4. Error warning: Air pressure communication screen
The air pressure communication screen is displayed when the output air pressure is out of range (below 43.5 psi/ 3bar /300kPa, or above 110 psi/ 7.6 bar/ 760kPa)

The under voltage communication screen is displayed when the input voltage is under 85 VAC, check that the input voltage is not less than 100 VAC.
9. Cutting mode selection screen (Grid/Plate cutting)
To ensure the cutting mode selection, press the control knob, and cutting mode is highlighted.
To change the selection, press the knob, the cutting mode changes between plate cutting mode and grid cutting mode.
Plate cutting mode: used for general cutting operations;
Grid cutting mode: allows for faster restarting of the pilot arc for uninterrupted cutting. With the system in the grid cutting mode, when the torch leaves the workpiece the pilot arc restarts instantly, and the cutting arc restarts instantly when the pilot arc contacts the workpiece. (use the "grid cutting" mode when cutting expanded metal or grating, or trimming operations when an uninterrupted restart is desired).
To confirm the selection, rotate the control knob to exit cutting mode selection menu.
10. TRIGGER MODE SELECTION SCREEN
To enter the cutting mode selection, press the control knob to enter menu screen. Turn the knob clockwise to enter trigger mode screen. The trigger mode is highlighted. To change the selection, press the knob, and the trigger mode changes between2T (normal) mode and 4T (lock mode) mode. Rotate the control knob to exit the trigger mode selection screen to conffrm the selection.
Note that 4T trigger mode is only available at plate cutting mode. When grid cutting mode is selected, 4T trigger mode can’t be selected.
2T (normal): Once the cutting arc is established, it should continue to cut until the trigger is released.
4T (lock mode): Used for longer hand held or mechanical cuts. (Does not apply to automation). Once a cutting arc is established, the torch switch can be released. The cutting arc will remain ON until the torch is lifted away from the workpiece or the torch leaves the edge of the workpiece or the torch switch is triggered again.
11. GAS PURGE SCREEN
To enter gas purge, press the control knob to enter menu screen. Turn the knob clockwise to enter gas purge screen. Press the control knob to active the gas purge.
Press the control knob again to stop the gas purge, and rotate the control knob to exit the gas purge screen.

In idle state, set 22A current and select 4T trigger mode. Only when the 4T trigger mode is highlighted, press the control knob for about 5s to enter the gas pressure unit selection screen. Turn the control knob, select the gas pressure unit (psi/bar/kPa), and press the control knob to conffrm the selection.
